What does the price $80 - $200 mean? How much will I have to pay?
It means that depending on the circumstances of your case, the cost for this service is most likely to be somewhere between $80 and $200. Each region of Russia and Ukraine has its own pricing policies. We will provide you with a more accurate estimate once we receive your quote request.

What
if the investigation will require more funds than originally estimated? If the investigators
encounter some unforeseen difficulties or expenses, you will be immediately
informed. At that time Russian Detective will provide you with a new estimate. If at that point you
if decide to withdraw the investigation (partially or completely), you will be
able to do so. Any unused funds will be returned to you. In the case you
decide to continue the investigation into that matter we will agree upon new
price and the investigators will continue their work. If the investigators
encounter some unforeseen difficulties or expenses but fail to inform you about
them in timely manner, you will not be ask to pay anything above the original
estimate.
How much will I have to pay up front?
You will have to pay 50% of the estimated cost of the investigation up front.

What
if I decide to withdraw the investigation? If you decide to
withdraw the ongoing investigation, we will summarize for you all case-related
expenses that had occurred during the course of investigation. Those expenses
will have to be paid to us in full. Any remaining funds that may remain in your account at that time will be returned to you.

At the beginning of
the investigation you will be sent an invoice stating the minimum payment
necessary to start the investigation (Pre-Payment). We accept payments by
credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), E-Checks, Western
Union, MoneyGram, direct deposit, money order, as well as personal and business
checks.
I do not have a PayPal account. Can I give you my credit card information by phone?
No. We accept credit cards ONLY via PayPal web site. If you do not want to pay online, please use other methods of payment (check, direct deposit, WU, etc).
You can request a
case status report at any time. Such reports can be available to you by phone or
by email. The case status reports will not include any actual information found
during the process of the investigation unless the entire amount from the
current estimate had been paid in full. The case status reports will provide
information on the progress if the investigation or any issues that are impeding
the investigations.
Once the
investigation is completed we will forward you a summary of charges to include
the original estimate, all amounts paid, all charged incurred, and any
outstanding balance. The final report for each investigation will be forwarded
within 24 hours of the receipt of any outstanding balance for the current
estimate. The report will
include the itemized summary of your requested information, and when appropriate
our analysis or other comments concerning the investigation. |
